Key decisions included the unanimous approval of the annual report and financial statements, as well as the reelection of all director nominees with a high percentage of votes in favor. Furthermore, PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP was reappointed as the company’s auditor, and the Directors were authorized to make political donations and allot shares, indicating a strong mandate for the current management team.
