Vulcan Steel Unveils New Employee Share Scheme

Vulcan Steel Ltd. (AU:VSL) has released an update.

Vulcan Steel Limited has announced the issuance of 810,678 unlisted performance share rights, which are set to provide employees with the opportunity to acquire ordinary shares in the company. These securities, part of an employee incentive scheme, will not be quoted on the ASX and mark a new phase of growth and employee engagement for Vulcan Steel.
