Vulcan Steel Director Shifts Shares to Trust

Vulcan Steel Ltd. (AU:VSL) has released an update.

Vulcan Steel Limited has announced a significant change in Director Rhys Jones’s interests, with an off-market transfer of 251,426 ordinary shares to a trust where he is a beneficiary, alongside the holding of performance share rights set to vest in 2025 and 2026. Jones and Lorraine Susan Taylor now hold nearly 5 million ordinary shares as trustees of the Ellsar Trust, following a transaction valued at over NZ$2 million.
