Vulcan Energy is enhancing its board with the strategic appointments of Felicity Gooding as Executive Director and Angus Barker as Lead Independent Director and Deputy Chair. These changes, effective from January 2025, aim to strengthen governance as the company progresses towards production and transforming Europe’s critical raw materials supply chain.
