vTv Therapeutics Appoints Anne Phillips, Reshuffles Board Committees

vTv Therapeutics (VTVT) has provided an announcement.

Anne Phillips has joined vTv Therapeutics, Inc. as a new independent director and will also lead the Compensation Committee and serve on the Audit Committee. She was elected in conjunction with the filing of the company’s Annual Report for 2023. Her role comes with a standard indemnification agreement, and her appointment is not influenced by prior arrangements or relationships with other company executives. Her election follows the resignation of former directors John Fry and Howard Weiner.
