VTech Holdings Limited has declared a final dividend of USD 0.48 per share for the financial year ending on 31 March 2024, with shareholders’ approval set for 24 July 2024. The dividend will be paid out on 08 August 2024 and will be available in Hong Kong dollars for those with a registered address in Hong Kong, based on the exchange rate on 26 July 2024. Shareholders must lodge transfer documents by 29 July 2024 to be entitled to the dividend.
