VPower Group International Holdings Limited has announced significant changes to its leadership team, effective from 16 August 2024. Dr. Kang Hubiao will resign from his roles as executive director, chairman of the Board, and chairman of the Nomination Committee, due to other work commitments. Mr. Gao Zhan, with extensive experience in overseas market development and project management, will succeed Dr. Kang in all three positions.
