Voyageur Mineral Explorers Corp. has announced a strategic option agreement with Callinex Mines Inc., where Callinex can acquire full interest in the Alberts Lake project in Manitoba. The deal involves a structured issuance of $650,000 in common shares to Voyageur over four years and, upon completion, Voyageur will retain a 1.5% net smelter return royalty. This partnership underscores Voyageur’s commitment to the development of mineral properties in the Canadian greenstone belt.
