Vox Royalty Corp. shareholders have confidently re-elected five directors at the annual general meeting, with all nominees receiving a strong majority of votes in favor. In addition, Ernst & Young LLP has been re-appointed as the company’s auditor, with directors authorized to set their remuneration. Vox, a mining royalty company known for targeting high returns, continues to expand its portfolio, now boasting over 60 royalties across seven jurisdictions since 2020.
