Vow ASA is set to strengthen its financial standing by raising NOK 250 million in new equity, doubling its initial target following investor feedback and a reevaluation of growth prospects. The additional funds are intended to enhance Vow’s position to seize market opportunities and improve its liquidity to execute current and future plans. The equity raise will be conducted through a fully underwritten rights issue, which has received strong support from existing shareholders, including the company’s largest shareholder, DNB Bank ASA.
