Vortex Metals Inc. has announced an increase to its private placement financing, aiming to raise up to $1.75 million by offering over 19 million units at $0.09 each, which includes common shares and half-warrant shares exercisable within 24 months. This effort is to support the company’s exploration and development of high-potential copper and gold properties in Mexico.
