Vortex Energy Corp. has announced an upcoming private placement of over 2.4 million common shares, aiming to raise approximately $830,000 to fund its Robinsons River Salt Project in Newfoundland & Labrador. The funds are intended for Canadian exploration expenses that will qualify as flow-through mining expenditures. The offering is scheduled to close by March 22, 2024, and is subject to necessary regulatory approvals, including the Canadian Securities Exchange.
