Vortex Energy Corp. (TSE:VRTX) has released an update.
Vortex Energy Corp. is set to raise $1 million through a non-brokered private placement of 4 million units at $0.25 each, with each unit comprising a share and a purchase warrant. The placement, expected to close by July 12, 2024, is available to investors in Canada (excluding Quebec) and comes with no resale restrictions under certain conditions. Meanwhile, Vortex has chosen not to renew its license agreement with AmmPower Corp., which will end on August 10, 2024.
