This change in the shareholder structure was officially notified to the company on July 18, 2024, with all voting rights being attached to shares, as no financial instruments were involved. The notification marks an important shift in the company’s ownership, with 25,233,494 direct voting rights now held by Vor Opportunities Master Fund Limited.
