Volution Group plc, a leader in energy-efficient indoor air quality solutions, has announced that their issued share capital consists of 200 million shares, with 197,848,786 total voting rights after accounting for shares held in treasury. Shareholders are reminded to use this number as the denominator for any notifications regarding changes in their interest in the company, as per the FCA’s rules.
