Volt Lithium Secures $1.5M for Lithium Extraction

Volt Lithium Corp (TSE:VLT) has released an update.

Volt Lithium Corp. has successfully completed a US$1.5 million non-brokered private placement with a strategic investor, issuing over 6.8 million units to fund the deployment of a field unit using their proprietary lithium extraction technology in West Texas. The investment will also support general corporate purposes and strengthen the company’s efforts to become North America’s first commercial producer of lithium compounds from oilfield brine.
