Volt Carbon Technologies Inc. has successfully completed the first tranche of its private placement, raising $242,951 through the issuance of over 3.4 million units at $0.07 each. The funds raised will primarily contribute to the company’s general working capital and further its commercial endeavors in battery and graphite facilities. The second tranche of the offering is anticipated to close by May 10th, 2024.
