Volt Carbon Technologies Inc. successfully completed the final tranche of its private placement, raising $250,025.04 by issuing over 5.5 million units at $0.045 each. The proceeds from this private placement will be directed towards ‘Canadian exploration expenses’ to advance the company’s focus on carbon science and green energy solutions.
