Volcon, Inc. has enhanced its leadership team by appointing Adrian Solgaard as an independent member of its Board of Directors, effective July 29, 2024. Solgaard will contribute his expertise across various committees including audit, compensation, and governance. In addition to his role, he will receive standard non-employee director compensation, including an annual cash fee and stock options, pending shareholder approval under the Volcon 2021 Stock Plan.
