Drone Delivery Canada and Volatus Aerospace Corp. have agreed to a ‘merger of equals’ to form a new entity, Volatus Aerospace Corp., aiming to become a global leader in drone technology and services. This merger is expected to streamline management, enhance profitability by 2025, and is anticipated to be finalized in the third quarter of 2024. The combined company seeks to boost shareholder value by leveraging synergies and scaling commercialization efforts.
