Volato Group, Inc. is facing a significant setback as Honda Aircraft Company has terminated their agreement for the purchase of 23 HondaJet aircraft, with the company forfeiting deposits already paid. Meanwhile, the NYSE American has initiated delisting proceedings for the company’s warrants due to persistently low trading prices. Although trading of these warrants has been suspended, the company’s common stock remains listed, and the warrants can still be traded on alternative markets.
