Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has reported the purchase of 1 million of its own shares on October 11, 2024, at prices ranging from 73.76 to 74.30 pence per share, averaging at 74.11 pence. These shares will be held in treasury, with the total number of treasury shares now standing at over 2 billion. The transaction was part of a buyback program with Goldman Sachs International acting as the intermediary.
