Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has successfully bought back 10,484,842 of its own shares at prices ranging from 71.14 to 72.30 pence per share. The shares were acquired from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc as part of a previously announced repurchase program and will be held in treasury. Following the transaction, Vodafone’s treasury now holds over 2 billion of its ordinary shares, with nearly 27 billion shares remaining in issue.
