Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has actively bought back 5,337,923 of its own shares on 23 July 2024, through a share repurchase program initiated on 15 May 2024. These shares were acquired at prices ranging between 69.96 and 70.68 pence per share, with the company planning to hold the repurchased shares in treasury. This move leaves Vodafone with 1,629,849,697 shares in treasury out of a total of 26,577,813,980 shares in issue.
