Vodafone Group Plc has strategically repurchased 6,178,190 of its own shares through a program executed by Morgan Stanley. This move, part of a previously announced buyback initiative from May 15, 2024, results in Vodafone holding over 1.5 billion shares in treasury. The buyback occurred with prices ranging from 69.90 to 70.62 pence per share, indicating Vodafone’s confidence in its stock value.
