Vodafone Group Plc has successfully concluded its cash purchase offers for three sets of outstanding notes, with a notable portion of each series tendered and the remainder detailed in a post-settlement breakdown. The company confirmed the satisfaction of the New Financing Condition and outlined the settlement amounts and rates in a comprehensive table, setting the expected settlement date for July 5, 2024. Financial entities involved included Banco Santander, S.A. and Merrill Lynch International as Dealer Managers, with Kroll Issuer Services Limited acting as the Tender Agent.
