Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc completed its cash tender offer for $730 million of its 4.375% notes due February 2043, with $640,383,000 tendered and accepted for purchase. The transaction, initially announced on June 25, 2024, was funded by the issuance of $2,000,000,000 5.750% notes due 2054 and $1,000,000,000 5.875% notes due 2064, alongside existing cash reserves. Payments to holders of the 2043 notes are expected to be made on July 26, 2024.
