Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has successfully concluded its cash tender offer for the 4.125% Notes due May 2025, with the purchase backed by the recent issue of $3 billion in new notes. The tender offer, which was contingent on the new financing, saw a significant portion of the notes tendered and accepted for purchase by the company. Investors who participated will receive the Any and All Purchase Price Consideration, along with accrued interest up to the settlement date.
