Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has carried out a share repurchase on July 10, 2024, buying back 3,338,096 of its own shares at prices ranging between 71.40 and 72.88 pence. Post transaction, the company now holds over 1.5 billion shares in treasury, with the total ordinary shares in issue (excluding those in treasury) amounting to approximately 26.6 billion. The shares were bought from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc as part of a previously announced repurchase program.
