Vodafone (GB:VOD) has released an update.
Vodafone Group Plc has announced the cancellation of 611,120,811 of its treasury-held ordinary shares, resulting in a revised total of 1,446,474,039 shares remaining in treasury. The move has adjusted the company’s issued share capital to 26,761,189,638 ordinary shares, a figure important for shareholders in relation to the FCA’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
