Vobile Group Awards Shares to Directors and Staff

Vobile Group (HK:3738) has released an update.

Vobile Group Limited has announced the grant of 10,904,370 shares to 31 individuals, including directors and employees, as part of its Share Award Plan. The shares, which vest immediately upon acceptance, are intended to acknowledge past contributions and incentivize future performance, without any performance conditions or clawback provisions. The awarded shares represent about 0.58% of the company’s issued capital and are valued at roughly HK$13.3 million based on the recent share price.
