Vmoto Limited Plans ASX Delisting and Share Buy-Back

Vmoto Limited (AU:VMT) has released an update.

Pick the best stocks and maximize your portfolio:

Vmoto Limited has announced plans to delist from the Australian Securities Exchange, citing the share price not reflecting its true value and low trading liquidity as primary reasons. The company believes that the costs and management time required for maintaining its ASX listing outweigh the benefits, and it plans to explore other capital markets post-delisting. Vmoto will also conduct a share buy-back before the delisting to provide shareholders an opportunity to liquidate their investments.
