Vizsla Silver Corp. has announced the appointment of Suki Gill as an independent director, bringing her extensive financial expertise and leadership in the resource industry to the company’s board. Her previous associations include Smythe LLP and director roles at Skeena Resources Limited and various health services boards. The company, which is actively developing its flagship Panuco silver-gold project in Mexico, also confirmed it has regained compliance with NYSE American listing standards after a recent non-compliance issue.
