Vizsla Silver Corp. has announced the appointment of Suki Gill as an independent director, bringing her 23 years of financial expertise to the company’s board. The Canadian mineral exploration firm, which focuses on its main Panuco silver-gold project in Mexico, also confirmed it has regained compliance with the NYSE American’s listing standards after a recent notification of non-compliance. Gill’s addition is expected to contribute significantly to Vizsla Silver’s transition from exploration to development with her wealth of experience in the resource industry.
