Vizsla Silver (TSE:VZLA) has released an update.
Vizsla Silver Corp. has announced important dates regarding the proposed spinout of Vizsla Royalties Corp, with shareholder approval pending at a Special Meeting on June 17, 2024. Shareholders on record by June 21, 2024, will receive one-third of a Vizsla Royalties share and warrant for each Vizsla Silver share held. The spinout is expected to result in Vizsla Silver shareholders owning approximately 45% of the newly issued Spinco Shares, while Vizsla Silver retains about 55%.
