Vizsla Copper Secures $2.5M for Exploration

Vizsla Copper Corp (TSE:VCU) has released an update.

Vizsla Copper Corp. has successfully completed a CAD$2.5 million non-brokered private placement, issuing over 38 million units at $0.065 each, which include common shares and warrants exercisable at $0.12. The funds raised are earmarked for further exploration and general working capital. The placement also involved paying finders fees and issuing finders warrants, with the company’s directors and officers subscribing to a significant portion of the units.
