VivoPower International (VVPR) has released an update.
VivoPower International PLC has announced an extension of the exclusivity period for its electric vehicle subsidiary, Tembo, to finalize a merger agreement with Cactus Acquisition Corporation I, valued at US$838 million. The extension, now set until July 31, 2024, will allow additional time to complete the definitive business combination agreement and obtain an independent fairness opinion. VivoPower is a B Corporation that provides sustainable energy solutions and electric utility vehicles for various industries, aiming to help customers achieve net-zero carbon status.
