VivoPower Appoints New CFO and Streamlines Operations

Vivopower International Plc (VVPR) has released an update.

VivoPower International PLC has announced the appointment of Gary Challinor as the new Chief Financial Officer, complementing his existing role as Chief Operating Officer. Challinor’s appointment follows Philip Wray’s departure to a UK domestic finance role, with best wishes from the VivoPower team. Supporting Challinor in his expanded role will be two regional financial controllers for EMEA and Asia Pacific, as well as an offshore team based in the Philippines.
