VivoPower International PLC has engaged Chardan Capital Markets, LLC as the exclusive placement agent for the sale of up to 2.2 million ordinary shares at $1.25 each. The agreement includes a nine-month exclusive investment banking services deal post-Closing Date, with a right of first refusal for the Placement Agent. Compensation for Chardan’s services will be 6.5% of the gross proceeds from the share sale.
