Vividthree Holdings Ltd. has partnered with KStar Management to launch a joint venture, aiming to develop a new chain of automated family karaoke lounges. The agreement involves both parties subscribing to shares in the venture, with Vividthree holding a 55% stake and KStar holding 45%. This new business initiative is expected to expand the leisure options available to families in Singapore.
