Viva Goods Company Limited has granted 208,100,000 share options to its directors and employees under their 2021 Share Option Scheme, with an exercise price set at HK$0.70 per share. The options are set to vest over a period of up to three years and are exercisable for five years following the vesting date. There are no performance targets for the directors and the first employee tranche, while subsequent employee tranches are tied to individual performance goals.
