Viva Gold Corp. has launched a non-brokered private placement to raise up to CDN$4 million, offering over 26 million units at CDN$0.15 each, with plans to advance their Tonopah Gold Project in Nevada. The funds will be used for drilling, environmental studies, and progressing the project to a Pre-Feasibility Study level. Investors can participate in the offering under certain prospectus exemption rules, with the project aiming to declare an updated mineral resource by later this year.
