Vistry Group PLC has updated its share capital structure, announcing a reduction from 336,524,689 to 334,428,270 Ordinary 50p shares following a cancellation of shares and issuance for share option exercises. The company now holds 616,935 shares in Treasury, slightly down from the previous month, setting the total voting rights at 333,811,335.
