Vistry Group PLC has updated its capital structure, announcing a reduction in shares following the cancellation of 818,990 shares due to a share buyback program and the issuance of 2,633 new shares for share option exercises. The company now has a total of 337,989,871 Ordinary 50p shares, with 650,959 held in Treasury, resulting in 337,338,912 total voting rights for shareholders.
