Vistra Corp. announced an upcoming annual tax payment of $392,481 to holders of TRA Rights, with $338,897 as a return of basis and $53,584 as interest income, scheduled for December 2, 2024. The company has nearly completed its repurchase of these rights, buying back about 98% by September 2024.
