Vista Group Faces Board Restructuring Battle

Vista Group International Ltd (AU:VGL) has released an update.

Vista Group International Ltd is gearing up for a special shareholders meeting on November 15, 2024, prompted by Admetus Capital Limited. The meeting will focus on Potentia’s proposals to restructure the board, including the removal of two directors and the appointment of a new one. The current directors, however, strongly oppose these resolutions and urge shareholders to vote against them.
