Vista Oil & Gas SAB de CV has announced the repurchase of 40,000 Series A shares at a price of approximately 1,003.27 Mexican Pesos each, resulting in a buyback amount of roughly 40.13 million Mexican Pesos. Following the transaction, the total outstanding Series A shares of Vista stands at 95,360,885, with an additional 3,420,141 shares held in treasury. The repurchase, executed by Citibanamex Casa de Bolsa, is in accordance with the authorization from the company’s general ordinary shareholders’ meeting earlier in August 2024.
