Vista Oil & Gas (VIST) has released an update.
Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. has recently bought back 50,000 of its Series A shares at a price of $766.97 MXN each, totaling an investment of approximately $38.35 million MXN, excluding related fees and taxes. Following the repurchase, the total Series A shares outstanding are now at 97,140,833 with 1,640,193 shares held in Treasury. This move comes as a follow-up to the authorization from the company’s shareholders’ meeting on April 24, 2023, and was facilitated by Citibanamex Casa de Bolsa.
