Vista Energy Buyback Reduces Shares Outstanding

Vista Oil & Gas SAB de CV (VIST) has released an update.

Vista Energy, a Mexico-based oil and gas company, has repurchased 85,000 of its Series A shares for roughly 83.25 million Mexican Pesos, following a shareholder meeting decision. These transactions, conducted through Citibanamex, have adjusted the outstanding Series A shares to 95,195,885 while increasing treasury-held shares to 3,585,141. The buyback reflects Vista’s ongoing strategy to enhance shareholder value.
