Vista Oil & Gas (VIST) has released an update.
Vista Energy, S.A.B. de C.V. has announced the repurchase of 75,000 of its Series A shares at a price of $757.95 MXN each, totaling approximately $56.8 million MXN, excluding fees and taxes. This buyback, executed by Citibanamex, reduces the outstanding Series A shares to 96,815,833, with 1,965,193 shares now held in Treasury. The repurchase is in line with the shareholder approval obtained on April 24, 2023.
